My bank card was colned and the culprits drew R 5000 out of my account. After Rookya's efficient and quick response and also her kind nature, she helped my wife and I calmly and assisted us to do all the necessary paperwork. Thereafter Rookya made all relevant calls and informed us that we need to just stay calm and use patients. We were refunded our full R 5000. FNB!!! Thank you so much. Being in the ministry is difficult as it is, to lose money according to us is the works of evil, and we believe that FNB was sent in this situation. Bless you all. Past Sam.
