Credits due and correct installments

Please be aware that today was a deadline for my complaint that once again the debit order was over and above my double instalment as guaranteed by a certain person. An extra R1, 000.00 taken off plus the credit owing to me over a thousand rand, being a single Mother for the past 20years I do not have an extra R1, 000.00 lying around for Discovery Insure's office to play with. I am actually most disappointed in the financial aspect of what you are doing to me this has happened three times now and if not the Discovery Insure's instalment, then some other instalment is returned because of this mess, the financing fees for each mess is R115.00 per returned debit order, and who is financing this, no-one but me. Talk about tension headaches caused by Discovery, and who is funding the medication for the tension headaches - ME, ME, ME
