Illegal seisure of assets

My vehicle was behind in payments because your bank refused to put a debit order in place after numerous requests. On the 5th June i was given a summons from the sherrif with leave to defend this matter. I then immediately notified my lawyer and the motion to defend was lodged at the high court. Last week the asset was seised without me having my day in court. You are a bunch of bullies that only seeks to make money from the helpless. My voice was silenced. Now mr TEE your legal representative in pe is giving me the run around. I feel my rights to a hearing has been illegally violated.
