Incompetence

I deal with a lot of insurance companies but Innovation Group must be the worst. Invoices submitted for payment never seem to get to them, this after i have proof that faxes were received by them. Every time i submit an invoice for payment i have to fax it through at least four times afterwards and this has been going on for fifteen years...
