JUST WANT TO KNOW

I have a backberry z10 that i bought through fnb and i sent it for repairs, on the 25/08/2013 is the date im suppose to get my phone back, as per 15 working days waiting period, now no one has contacted me for the progress of my phone as promised, im going on leave on friday the 16/08/2013, now i cant call the customer service as i dont have airtime to hold, can anyone please inform me if i will be gettng my on the day that was promised, as i want to go on leave with my phone, thanks
