Poor service to a paying client

I was in that hail storm on the 20th October 2012 Johburg. Contacted King Price, everything normal.

My car could only go in 22nd April 2013 - six months later. I took the car in, for 20 working days. I know it is my responsibility to arrange a vehicle for the mean time. Borrowed here, borrowed there, but it was a big inconvenience.

I couldn't wait to get my car back afterwards. With great anticipation, I went to Multispray in Vanderbijlpark, only to get a car back that was not fixed at all! 20 working days and a lot of inconvenience later. The manager of Multispray told me they did EXACTLY as the accessor (Nordien Sago) told them to do. Mr Sago agreed with me on what had to be fixed at that time, and I was happy. He went and changed it afterwards.

The car had to go back. I said to them I can NOT be without a vehicle again, and since it was not my fault, they should supply me with a courtesy car. I phoned Justin Williams SEVERAL times, and he just started to ignore me. All I wanted was communication, but he was NEVER available, and never phoned me back.

I think that is POOR service. I was with Miway previously, and I wish I had never changed to King Price.
