They just want more money

Business & Finance

Without prejudice of my rights.
My late wife's property went up for auction, CGS said they would stop the auction for R5000, and for an additional R10000 they would do a forensic audit on the bond account and do a restructuring plan.
I've paid the R5000, the auction wasn't stopped.
They now want me to pay R45000 extra to stop the auction, this extra amount wasn't ever discussed, it wasn't included in their initial communications.
I want a refund of my money, and I want to warn people about CGS, you don't know if you can trust them, they keep passing the buck, they keep dodging phone calls and making excuses and in my opinion they keep trying to get more money out of people who are already in a bad spot.
I told them I wouldn't be able to pay R45000, they said I can start off by paying an extra R20000 in the meantime and even came down to R10000... in my opinion they're just out to get as much money from the poor and desperate as possible.
If there are more people out there with these complaints, please post the complaints here on Hello Peter.
