Long queues

I went into need bank Mitchell street to encode my credit card. Waited 45 minutes in the queue for enquiries with only 1 lady helping everybody. Bad service and couldn't wait any longer so left without being helped. What a waste of my 45minutes. Only have to deal with nedbank once in 3 years and received such horrible service. Thank I'm not there permanent customer.
