Hi

Someone needs to look at my overdraft facility - I have called twice last month, again this month, faxed the proof required on the 26/07 then twice on the 05/08 and e-mailed the proof on the 05/08 as well.

I am not even going to include the amount of time I sent the proof for the 1st application when I opened the account.

I would just like the facility approved and opened.
