Overdraft Facility

I see some of the previous complains is the same as mine. I applied for an overdraft facility on my platinum cheque account. This was not approved due to a scorring system. If this is the case I cannot understand what happened to the scorring system when I applied for this account. My salary and other money ( - R 80 000.00 per month) gets paid into this acount every month since I opened the account - 8 months ago with no defaults on the account. My complain is that I emailed the Premier banking devision and they replied in a mail that they will get back to me within 1 business day. I am now waiting for more that two days for them to get back to me. Makes me think if this is the bank for me?
