As discussed, I asked you to furnish me with a black and white mail expounding in detail how much is owing on my Capitec Account. Initially I spoke to Talita, lady in your department whom also had a very revolting attitude and she totaly refused to send a communication in writting telling me that the phones were recorded therefore there was no need to drop me a mai, to make it worse she blatantly refused to divulge her surname for reference purposes. Am utterly disgusted with you guys, dont you think we have enough work to do on our side? I need that account settled and cleared off my name and I have tried to institute this for more that 4 consecutive times but to no avail. "Ziana Ernestzen"!!! I have spoken to you via telephone for 4 consecutive times now requesting an email communication but to no avail. You keep telling me your emails are down. What kind of a Bank IT Infrastructure is this, in this day in age??? Come on guys, woke up start treating customers professionally. Again, can we please communicate via email to bring about a clear understanding for both parties and for record sake. I will highly appreciate it if you acknowledge receipt for this mail as well.
