FNB Home Loans - Bad Service

We are FNB customers since 1994

We've just settled our Home Loan and is in the process of purchasing another property

FNB Home Loans always have issues even if while we are existing customers. Everything is with First Rand

FNB Home Loans does not even want to look at reviewing the current interest rate they supplied

In my eys this is very "POOR" service

I will have no other option than to move all my business from FNB to another bank even if I have to refinance everything with another bank
