Pay them for cover. now they want to analize you

I took out a income protector from AIG through Iplan group. I pay the the fee for a mere cover per day of R1500.
I privided them with proof of my bank statement and also confirmation of the bank, also sent them the specialist letter confirming that I was temporarily not able to work. They wanted to establish if it was a pre excisting condeition and I provided them with proof from my doctor.
regardless all the the above they still are busy looking for ecuses not pay out my claim. Now they want to see my salary slip etc. What does that have to do with them? I pay the fee they demanded every month and they take it. What kind of institute wants to investigate you that concerns your income it does not concern them. I pay for a cover of R1500 per day and now they have problems, the one after the other. Income protector plan is supose to be there when you need it, that is why I got it. Now it seems like I have been taken for a ride. I am still not 100% healty as the money for doctors are running low-their fault- now I sit with a lot of unpaid medical accounts and can not pay for it. What is the problem? More excuses?
