Good Day on the 17/12/2014 i spoke to the call center regarding my dad's medical aid as they are pensioners, i spoke to a black gentleman, He sent me documents to fill for proof of income. On the 18/12/2014 Charlotte emailed to advise that the documents has been send for procesing, as i sent the documents on the 18/12/2014 to her and copied medihelp. I advised her the below, which was acknowledged: Attached are the documents I could best fill for my parents
They live with me, and my hubby and I support them
As you can see by their income they pay for their own medical aid and gap cover
And just few things they can afford to pay.
It is time-consuming for my parents to go and sit and the grant office to get proof of income, I have attached their cards and ID as proof. Please acknowledge, if there is a problem, get your manager or someone with authority to contact me on 0792722488
As I do not understand why they must send proof of income again when all was done when I initially put them on, and also how can a pensioners status change???
today i get email to say that they need to pay R2106 as they never receive documents. This is upsurd and i want an urgent response on this matter.
