Taking R200 extra without informing me is

As far as I know, have not one of the my previous insurance companies just billed me R200 more without telling me. Do you know the consequences of this:

* it is abusing the debit order power you have
* it is like from my bank account
* it is like k him, well just take his money and explain later
* it is like we don't give a k if his other accounts bounce and he has to explain to his debtors

The least you could have done was to tell me and ask me if I would like to continue this insurance... you are no better than

This is not what Im looking for in an insurance, and you know what you ripping me off on the cashback in any way, I'll get me another insurance company... im tired of u skelms
