In the beginning of this year I decided to change my health and motor insurance to Discovery. After previous experience with insurance companies, this was not a task I was looking forward to. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly, efficient service I received. Within a few minutes all of my insurance had been arranged and details sent directly to me. Being rather unsure on insurance as I am quite young, I found Discovery to be so understanding and willing to explain patiently all the concerns that I had, allowing me to rest assured. I have thus far found Discovery's staff to be polite, well spoken and incredibly professional. Mr. Themba Tshabalala has assisted me with both health and motor insurance and it is an absolute pleasure to speak to a service provider who sounds like they generally care about their customers.
