The biggest nonsens EVER - cashback

Ive joined Discovery Insurance since April 2013. I recieved my cashback card and started only filling up at BP Garages. Then I phoned in, in May to find out whats going on with my cashback bonus. The guy told me I should wait a bit it takes 2 weeks to calculate the amount. THen today when I phoned, they said I should first take my car -which I MUST PAY FOR- to a tiger wheel and tyre for a check. Then I must complete stuff on the internet. Then this then that. So why could no one tell you all these from the begining and I could stay with my old insurance company - which i was actually very happy with. They never made promises that was not kept. So to warn everyone this cashback is nonsens!!!

Sad thing is my whole family is at Dicovery and i convinced all of them to move their insurance and now im the one with the red face. Pathetic!!!
