Earlier this month Momentum Multiply incorrectly processed a double debit. No problem they sent me an email apologizing for this and promptly reversed the amount in question.

I woke up this morning, prior to leaving on a long weekend, and noted that they processed an amount of R4800! Needless to say that I am absolutely furious and I require these funds to take my family away.

I saw another comment on hellopeter yesterday that someone else had a similar experience for an amount of R2 520. Floraine van Buuren from Momentum responded that due to the long weekend this refund would only be refunded on Monday. No problem, Momentum may not work over a long weekend but my private banker does and this will reversed on my side as it amounts to.

When a customer gives you their banking details it is with the utmost trust, break that and you will lose the confidence of your clients. Not only have you ruined my family's weekend due to lack of funds for our trip but you have seriously upset a client of over 8 years.

Check your records internally and see the duration of my relationship with Multiply, my level of usage as well as how many policies I have with Momentum Life...
