Case not attended to

I asked for a service from scorpion as a client In march 2012 and had to always call for feedback. I was taken from pillar to post and promised that my case will attended. I have been waiting for their response up to this date. They debit my account every month but I'm not getting the service I deserve. I have sent every document required from me, You're supposed to be helping us from entities infringing our rights yet you're the ones infringing our rights!!! should I be reporting you to another legal company to get this sorted.
