In June 2013 I went to scorpion Legal Bellville branch for assistance with an existing case that I logged via their callcentre. The consultant who helped me could not help. His excuse was that there is a lot of people waiting and consultation is limited. I neede legal advice but could not assist at ALL. What poor service I received. He called the "branch" who accepted my case and they advised him that the employee who is handling the case, resigned. I wasn't happy about this as they still have to follow up and it seemed as if my case just "died" and NO ONE was interested. He advised me that he will give me feedback and up until this day I have not heard a thing from scorpion. I pay them every month but it feels like I am throwing my money away because I pay for "Platinum" membership.
I have logged a case about my insurance refusing to pay out my claim in March 2013 and it seems as if scorpion doesn't care client service. Will I EVER receive feedback? I don't know
I have a very demanding job and cannot afford to be going to their offices as I don't have a lot of time on my hands. All I want is for someone to help me before it is too late.
