HI

Today at 11:34 (08-08-2013) i went to capitec bank to deposit the money, i went inside wanted to transfer money from my account to other account, after standing in a log quee when i finally get there the consultant told me that i must first go out to withdraw and come back to deposit, i went out side the machine wasnt working i came back to tell one of the consultant, it was a guy he went outside to reboot the machine, after sometime it started working and i withdrawed the money as i went in to deposit she told me to go back and start the guee, and she was extremely RUDE, she gave me this stinking attidute, SHE EVEN TOLD ME THAT I WAS MAD, i then asked to speak to her manager she just say the manager was coming.i stood there looking like a fool for an hour, theres wasnt any manager coming.finally i asked one of the consultant again who then assisted me to deposit after seeing me, then she told me the manager wasnt available he went to attend managers conference the whole day.something that LORRAINE COULD TELL ME
THAT GAL LORRAINE DOESNT DESERVE TO WORK THERE, IF CAPITEC IS OFFERING THAT KIND OF SERVICE WITH STINKING ATTITUDE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN MOVE ALL MY ACCOUNTS TO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
