Horrible service

My service at shoprite today was very horrible and inhuman. the Manager is just as useless as the staff.

Yesterday i wen to shoprite money market it was full i asked what i need to bring to transfer money, i was told either an ID or my licence. i live very far from home i dnt have my id on me. After i waited on the queue for more that 45 mins i finally get to the till and told that i can not deposit money because i did not have my id on me.

Don't get me wrong i do understand the terms and conditions how ever the attitude the consultant gave me was really horrible. while I'm still trying to understand what my options are to deposit the money, the consultant calls another customer while I'm busy with her.

I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED AT THE MANAGER JESSICA, AS SHE WAS VERY RUDE AS WELL AND NOT PROFESSIONAL.

it will really be appreciated if the consultant would share some Sympathy, i was really Desperate and all they did was to treat me with disrespect.
