SLOW RESPONSE FEEDBACK WITH 48HRS NOT WORKING

I am an African bank customer with a good paying record at the Bank. I made an application on Friday 3 August 2013 for a loan. I was told that it will be approved within minutes by the consultant before being told again that it has been referred to Head office fir forensic audit. Whoops!!! I was then told to wait for 48 hrs to get a response that is after i called the head office. However my worry is that the same thing happened on May 28 until I called it off.

When we apply for a loan why would we take 48hrs to get a response when we are existing customers? We apply so that we may use the money as soon as possible but if it's taking 48hrs then to me i don't get it.

Please may you furnish me with a response whether or not i qualify for the loan
