Change of Control Account withouth Knowledge

I have my ABSA Credit Card linked as a beneficiarry from my FNB account. I normally transfer funds from FNB into this ABSA Credit Card. I did 2 transfers of R12, 300 and R5, 000 but the money cant be cleared because ABSA changed the control account without my knowledge. I cant do my child's school fees payment because of this mess. I was asked to send an email with proof of payments to some email address and I cant even get an acknowledgement of receipt of the documents. I even phoned their complaints line and they couldnt find any case logged. I will have to cancel my account if I cant pay my child's fees before the due date.

I dont know why are people still using ABSA especially after its recent negative media reports regarding cases happening there.
