It was on the 23RD of July that I logged a complaint on the FNB on line banking site. No matter how many times I apply for an increas on my Gold credit card it gets declined, but then I get emails on my other FNB credit card asking if I want to increase my limit -?? So i want to know how does one go about closing the usless Gold card so that I utilize the card that offers me more and that way i only have ONE FNB card. Well i did not get a reply but on the 31st of JULY, YES 31 JULY i received an email giving me a reference number 319846. Today is the 8th of August people and I still ahve not received any feed back. DO NOT PHONE ME, I WILL HANG UP ON YOU. THE ONLY WAY TO DEAL WITH SLIMEY PEOPLE IS IN WRITING!!! So when is anybody going to get back to me?
