Two weeks ago, my fiance started a query with Momentum 24/07/2013.
Today 08/07/2013 they tell me they want proof of rental.
My brother and I stay with the people who we have giving proof or address for, we do not rent from them.
THERE IS NO AGREEMENT IN PLACE!!
EVERYDAY IT WAS ANOTHER DOCUMENT THEY NEEDED, NEVER TELLING MY FIANCE WHAT DOCUMENTS THEY NEEDED ALL TOGETHER FROM THE GET-GO.
The service big time.
I am on the verge of telling them TO KEEP THE DAM MONEY, because just now they will want a drop of my blood and my late mothers blood.
Maybe this is how insurance companies actually make their money, the beneficiaries for policies just quit trying get their inheritance!!!
Very disgruntled
