Despite telephone calls, personal visits, letters being sent, no feedback, assumed incompetency, no Afrikaans service ever since April.
This after being a client of FNB for many years, numerous accounts and good service in the past. despite complaints being logged, no feedback and again incompetency!

Totally unacceptable and is no causing me financial loss because of above behaviour.

Will publicise this EVERYWHERE!!!
