My spouse and I have acounts with Standard Bank and have been dealing with them for a while. Initially they switched our names on our savings accounts, after numerous calls and correspondence with Joop Dekker (the senior manager in complaints dept), the problem has still not been sorted out, now they have switched the names on our corporate card accounts. When my spouse and I had been to the bank we were questioned although the error occurred with their Incompetency. This is utter embarassment to us! Standard Bank need to get their ducks in a row, as this is a serious problem and shouldnt be happening!
