I need answers

On the 03 august around 21h00, while driving my car a taxi came straight on to my lane, to avoid it i swerved to the left not realizing there was a big stone which i hit then damaging my car in the process. I tried to stop the taxi guy but he just drove off. I then reported the case to the police station in order to get the case number. My problems started when i phoned my insurance to report the matter, i was told that my insurance only covers 3rd party, this is the same insurance that deducts money from my account every month, i have never received any policy documents from them, i have never went to for an assessment for my car but now I'm told that I'm not covered, is my premium not supposed to reduce due to that. Miway i need answers please otherwise i am moving my business somewhere else where i will be valued as a client not this kind of treatment im receiving from u
