Company refuses to pay my money back

I had a loan with this company and I paid for the 6months and they debited my account again on the 7th month and they are refusing to pay my money back. I'm now owing rent and unable to pay as they are refusing to give my money back.when I call the call centre the agents are being rude and hanging up on me
