Ripped off for DCA Commision

Ok, so i was in a jam and was in arrears, so i went online on the 18/01/13 and saw my outsanding balance which was R5585.40, then i paid the amount, when i checked again it still says arrears -R474.00 DCA Commision, how can this be when i checked it did not have that, that is just ripping a customer off with this dca comission, please take off or i will have to go to the credit ombudsman, and also put my account on hold as i will be re-financing my car. Pathetic service from WESBANK.
