Had a really good experience when I lodged a (successful) claim regarding my almost 10 year old MacBook Pro due mainly to the most professional service provided by OUTsurance's Paul Janse van Rensburg.
As a disorganised person, very busy, and preoccupied at the time, Paul was to the point in his dealings with me, using just the right mix of professionalism and friendliness.
The suppliers, Photo STAA (they delivered the replacement laptop to me, saving me the trip) were equally beyond reproach.
I was sad to lose my trusty laptop and was irrationally fond of the machine - but by now I'm besotted with the new one (and how!). No doubt the good experience during the claims procedure helped with this.
Thank you all. (It wasn't that I was expecting bad service, but it makes such a difference when it turns out this good.)
