My car was over the weekend of 3 March 2013 and I lodged my claim on the Monday at Outsurance with a lady. My first experience was not that great. I had to explain my situation 4 times and she still got it wrong. After the phone call I received an sms stating that my wife lodged a claim and I should be aware of it? It was me calling!! I decided to phone the call centre again just to check what has been written down. My call was subsequently answered by Johan Scheepers. The rest of my claim was a pleasant experience. I would therefor like to compliment Outsurance and Johan with his professional manner he handled my claim. He re-took my statement and followed up on all the e-mails and queries I had, which previously did not happened. Service like this will keep me as a member at the above institution. Fortunately my bad experience was overturned.
