Poor repair jo

I brought in my washing machine to be fixed. (under guarantee). They told me at game to take it to their repairs sub contract shop to have it fixed. I did this and after having waited for 6 days eventually got it back. I live in Hoedspruit which is 2.5 hours' drive from Nelspruit... so not easy to pop in. I have now tested it at home and found it still has the same problem. Ie NOT FIXED. I am now very unhappy. I can't keep driving down to Nelspruit when it has the same problem?
