Old Mutual
Delay after Delay and no one taking responsibility

I Have been retrenched and as of the 1st June i have not been an active member of Old Mutual, i have been awaiting a payment of my pension fund and to date i have not received anything. Every time i call the buck gets passed between the broker and Old Mutual in the meantime i have to suffer as i have no financial income and have been relying on receiving the monies to assist in this period. Just spoke to them again and now i have to wait another 12 working days. this is a total of 10 weeks??? How is this fair? and why do you not care???
