STILL paying for a cancelled policy

On 8 August 2012, I sent a written request to Outsurance, to cancel my insurance policy. This cancellation was also confirmed by my new broker.

A year later, I am utterly dissappointed with your company as I realised that a monthly premium of R455-57 was STILL being deducted from my bank account, even though a cancellation request was sent to you on more than one occation.

I would like to urge you to look into this matter as soon as possible, and keep me in the loop of things, as I expect an immediate answer/suggestion on the way forward, from your company.

PS. This letter was mailed to Outsurance on 05/08/2013 and I have had ZERO response from them as yet.
