Not able to get a statement on my account

After EVENTUALLY getting hold of DMC to enquire about my account and how far my payments are, i was told that the account is now paid in full with my last payment, but they can not give me a statement. I am sure that the account was paid in full for quite a while but now i can't even check!!!
