HOME LOAN TAKEN 3 WEEKS AND NO PROGRESS

I applied for a pledge loan which was granted, i then asked for an advance onthe pledge as the property i found was more epensive. It was declined due to affordability, i then sent through a updated payslip with my new CTC, they yet again declined it as they did not use the new CTC but used the old one, Then i send throught the Payslip again and the OTP, and they still got it wrong, I was then called on Monday by standard bank insurance congradulating me on my property i purchased in JHB, I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED PROPERTY IN JHB. Where did they get this infomration as the OTP cleary states CAPE TOWN, I then told the lady on the phone this needs to be looked at as a matter of urgency as i need to give the seller an answer and also the attorneys dealing with the Transfer, It is now Wednesday and there has been no progress t all, this is ridiculous.
