I have requested Standard Bank to stop sending me hard copies of my bank statements to no avail. As if that's not enough they claim I can register to receive my statements via email through their website which I have been trying for the past month but it's always giving me this error report "Technical error. Please try again later"
Please Standard Bank stop sending me hard copies of my statements as they might fall in the wrong hands. I don't have time to go to your branch and spend an hour queuing just for this simple exercise; we are in 2013 and act the same!
