Policy cancellation

My policy started on the 12th of July, I got debited on that day to cover me until the 31st of July, so on the 26th of July I got debited again of which I didn't understand why, because I was covered for the whole of July, so I decided to get a better quote of which I did, I called them on the 26th of July to cancel the policy and they just gave me excuses, saying that they will fix it, and that they will call me back. There hasn't been anything done until this day, this is terrible service, and this Ponalo guy kept on saying that they will call me back. And I had a better deal with Out Surance, but people from King Price said they will beat this deal so I gave them a chance but nothing.
