Pathetic service at First for Women Insurance

I claimed as a 3rd party to 1st for women insurance in June 2013, I followed procedure as directed by Kedumetse Dipale (consultant) and she assured me that my payments will be release in July. It's August now and I am still waiting. I am really disappointed with the service and the non communication with regards to my claim.
