Contract end date

My contract states that the end date is 31st August, 2013 i have never skipped a payment and now that the contract is almost done they wanna tell me i need to pay an extra month and that the end date will only be end of September 2013.

This is day light, i want this contract ended at the end of August or i will take further steps. You will never get away with this. How many other people do you do this to.
