Who cares if you have been with them for 16 years!

It amazes me how we strive to be the best if our banks couldn't be bothered to serve their customers... I have taken of an entire day to do admin and part of that is going to the bank to sort out all my recent forex.. But surprise surprise only one man works in that booth and he is out.. No body knows where, no one can help, and no one cares! I think the is the last time I stay with a bank this disorganised and disinterested!!!
