Heavy Bank Charges - BIG RIP OFF

I have been banking with ABSA for over 10 years and for my loyalty I get charged R170 for bank charges. To my surprise I was informed that I am on an old package and was offered to change to a cheaper package, to my surprise, this was never done. Two months later I still get billed these ridiculous amount for bank charges... ONES LOYALTY COUNTS FOR NOTHING - Very Disappointed.
