Idid put the claim on the 7th June after i had accident they (ABSA Insurance) talk me the car is write off since then i never hear from them nor they pay me out, i did use courtesy car for 30 days then it expired now i bought new car from my own pocket but no feed back, i had to call them every time now i decided to move to other insurance because i don't like to be stuck in the future if the similar thing happen to me
