INSURANCE CLAIM (CAR)

I did put the caim on the 7th june after i had accident they (ABSA Insurance) tolk me the car is write off since then i never hear from them nor they pay me out, i did use courtesy car for 30 days then it expired now i bougt new car from my own poctket but no feed back, i had to call them every time now i decided to move to other insurance because i dont like to be stuck in the future if the simillar thing happen to me.
