You guys really do charge for any thing!

Why charge for IT3 (b) certificates? I did 3 of them and got charged over R17! What a joke. Nowhere did it inform me that there was a cost related. I emailed your admincost team only to get an automated response on the 10 links I should have clicked on to get the costs! Why not inform me when I click, "this will incur a cost of xx"? Trying to do my part as a tax paying citizen and you just go and take more of my money. What a joke.
