30 Phone calls and no response

I have been after the Consultants and Actuaries for almost a month. After 30-plus phone calls, voicemails and messages I still have no feedback. All I need is a simple peace of paper for SARS, but I cannot get hold of the employees at the Actuaries offices. I have left various voicemails for Madelaine Greef and I am wondering if she is ever at the office or reply to voicemails.

I have contacted more than one office, call center etc. but all just as useless.
