Look, I hated Vodacom and I hated them with a passion, which is when I decided to move over to Cell C. Goodlord what a humiliation blunder! I have tried to hold out for months, but I have had enough now. I require that someone contact me in order for me to cancel my contract. And understand me very clearly, I will not pay any penalties. I will pay what is outstanding on the handset balance, that's it. But I can no longer continue like this.

I have had endless network problems. I am not talking about a dropped call here and there, I am literally talking about not being able to use my phone EVER. I constantly miss important calls, I cannot use my data connection, my Whatsapp messages doesn't send or come in, I can literally not make a single call without trying 2-5 times, and most times having to switch my mobile network connection off and back on again.

On a daily basis, I run around like a FOOL in my office building trying to send mails, get calls, listen to voicemails. I have had enough. Then you send me a form to complete, don't get back to me. What will it help?? I live in and work in two different towns, and everywhere the same??? Enough! I want this cancelled, nothing else
