Will this ever end

It took me weeks of begging Coombe to finally get a letter to pay off debt owed. Once paid they debited me again. I am now trying to get a refund, and have sent all the documents requested to [Email Removed] to Mpho and to another lady at [Email Removed] i have not received a response on any. i have successful delivery notifications on every mail sent. the lady (owner of [Email Removed] confirmed that my mails are sitting in a junk email box and promised she'd get her IT person to help open and call me back as i constantly hold on the phone for over half an hour at a time waiting for someone to answer (often no one even answers). I have tried to call now to follow up yet again, held for over 15 minutes and the call was cut off) have still not heard a thing. Dealing with Coombe has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, could you please pay out my refund. Also please could you explain to me why it is going to take 6 - 8 weeks to refund me money that should not have been deducted in the first place?
